THE DEETS:
When: Every Tuesday in July and August (starting Tuesday, July 8, 2025). It will be drop-in style - You don’t have to attend each week, just show up when you can!
Time: 1-2pm EST
Where: Zoom (link will be shared before class each week)
Cost: $15 per class (pay as you go) (NOT billed as physiotherapy)
Equipment: All you need is a pair of dumbbells!
(I recommend 5-10lbs for beginners, 10-15lbs for intermediate, 15-25lbs for advanced)Who: Anyone who is looking to add a weekly movement session into their summer schedule! Ideally it will be suited for people who are 6-months to many years postpartum.
